Fortuna’s assets include an offices and warehouse complex located in close proximity to Bucharest’s ring road, placing it in a very strategic location, at a main entry point to the city from the Southeastern highways leading to Bulgaria. Besides this we also own 27 retail shops throughout districts 2, 3 and 4 of Bucharest, totaling more than 5000 sqm, as well as a 13 ha plot of land in Afumati, right next to the Bucharest Ring Road.
